Terms of use

NidVix pilot, Indore · Version 2026-10-27-pilot-1 · Effective 27 October 2026

1. What NidVix is

NidVix is a marketplace that lists hospitals and lets you send appointment and admission requests. We are not a hospital, doctor or insurer and we give no medical advice.

2. Emergencies

Do not use NidVix in an emergency. Call 112 or 108, or go to the nearest hospital.

3. Availability information

Bed and slot information comes from hospitals or is entered by them. We show where it came from and when it was last updated. It can change at any moment and is not a guarantee. Anything marked manual, stale or unverified must be confirmed with the hospital.

4. Requests and confirmations

A request is not a booking. An appointment or admission is confirmed only when the hospital confirms it, and NidVix will show that status. While a request shows as requested or pending, the hospital has not confirmed it.

5. Cancellations

You can request a cancellation. It takes effect when the hospital confirms it.

6. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use NidVix only as an adult. You are responsible for requests you make for family members. See our privacy notice.

7. Acceptable use

Do not make false requests, scrape the service, probe its security, or misuse anyone else’s data.

8. Hospitals

Treatment, fees, admission decisions and the accuracy of what a hospital enters are the hospital’s responsibility.

9. Fees

NidVix is free for patients and hospitals during the pilot. No payments are taken.

10. Suspension and changes

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. These terms are versioned; if they change in a way that matters to you, we will ask you to accept them again.

11. Contact and complaints

Write to our grievance contact, which will be published here before public launch.
